RhinoShield West LLC offers a 25 Year Transferable Warranty* against cracking, chipping, or peeling of Rhino Shield coating if applied by our authorized team. Upon completion and final payment of your installation, you will receive a written copy of your warranty. This warranty can be transferred to a succeeding homeowner subject to the transfer procedures noted in your warranty.
Should a valid warranty claim be submitted, RhinoShield West LLC will provide service labor subject to the labor terms of your warranty, which is sufficient to remedy the problem. Replacement products will be provided by Rhino Shield, the product manufacturer, either through RhinoShield West LLC or directly if necessary.
